Recruitment Consultant (Technology)

Hyphen Connect is a leading Web3 talent acquisition firm dedicated to connecting passionate professionals with forward-thinking enterprises in the decentralized technology sector. We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Technology) to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions within the company.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding, for diverse positions, including specialized technology roles. You will proactively build and maintain talent pipelines by engaging with passive candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and hiring timelines, while utilizing CRM and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and generate reports on pipeline activity.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with over three years of experience in a recruitment agency, demonstrating a strong track record in 360 recruitment. Experience in recruiting for emerging technology sectors such as AI, Blockchain, Robotics, Quantum Computing, and semiconductors is essential. Familiarity with developments and trends in these sectors, as well as strong knowledge of CRM and recruitment platforms, will be advantageous. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
