As a Recruiter specializing in General and Administrative (G&A) roles at LVT, you will be instrumental in building our teams across departments such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, and Customer Operations. LVT is a rapidly growing company dedicated to redefining business operations through AI-driven, actionable intelligence, making sites smarter, safer, and more secure. Your role will be pivotal in identifying top talent, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience from start to finish.

In this position, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for G&A roles, from sourcing to closing, with the flexibility to support other departments as needed. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify top talent, partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and advise on hiring strategies, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey. You will operate in a highly metric-driven environment, tracking key hiring metrics and using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Additionally, you will contribute to building and scaling the recruiting function at LVT by bringing new ideas and best practices to enhance our hiring efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, SaaS environment, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding hiring goals. Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative outreach methods, are essential. The ability to thrive in a metric-driven environment, using data to track success and improve hiring outcomes, is crucial. Adaptability and resourcefulness are key, as is the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills are necessary to effectively engage both hiring managers and candidates. Experience working with engineering and technical leaders, understanding their hiring needs, and providing strategic talent insights is also important. A passion for building diverse, high-performing teams and elevating the recruiting function is highly valued. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent experience is welcomed.
