Recruiter (Fixed Term)
Airship is seeking a tech-savvy, data-driven Recruiter for a 6-month fixed-term position to partner with Gummicube leadership and hiring managers in filling roles across the business. This role involves managing the full candidate lifecycle from intake to offer, while also driving pipeline management, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Key responsibilities include owning and managing requisitions end-to-end, conducting video interview screens to assess competency fit and culture alignment, guiding candidates through each phase with clear expectations, closing candidates and managing offer negotiations, and continuously improving hiring through analytics and candidate feedback. The Recruiter will also partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, lead inbound strategies, develop tailored interview strategies, coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones, prepare hiring managers and interview panels, gather and synthesize interviewer feedback, track and report weekly recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks in hiring funnels, and maintain organized pipelines and clear reporting in the ATS.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a proven track record running requisitions end-to-end in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, experience recruiting for multiple functions (Operations, Technical, Design, etc.), hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, experience tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics, and experience experimenting with AI tools or an eagerness to learn. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, curiosity about how the business works, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and prior startup experience (Series A/B/C) are also desirable.
