Business Value Analyst
The Business Value Analyst role at Airship is a key position within the Business Value Services (BVS) team, focusing on supporting pre-sales activities across the Americas. This role involves helping prospective customers understand the economic benefits of investing in Airship's solutions, which are designed to enhance cross-channel customer experiences. Key responsibilities include conducting prospect research, creating compelling data-backed business cases, and developing ROI projections using proprietary in-house forecasting tools. The analyst will also be responsible for delivering business value presentations and supporting customer engagements from initial discovery through value proposals and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). This entails creating slide decks, value forecasting, and articulating the business impacts of Airship's solutions.
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in consultative or strategic customer-facing roles. Strong analytical skills are essential, including the ability to derive actionable insights from forecast models and communicate complex ideas effectively. The role requires a results-oriented, strategic thinker who enjoys assisting prospects in transitioning from their current state to a desired future state. Collaboration with Sales, Solution Engineering, and other key partners is crucial, as is the ability to handle conflicting demands creatively and efficiently. Experience with AI tools or a willingness to learn is also valued.
