Recruiter – Campus & Early Career Hiring
IMC is seeking a Recruiter to lead campus and early-career hiring initiatives for our Hong Kong office. This role offers an opportunity to build and enhance our presence across the Asia-Pacific region, contributing to the growth of our high-performance trading and technology teams.
The Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining relationships with top universities, planning and executing campus events such as information sessions and tech talks, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and graduates in quant research, trading, and engineering. Additionally, the role includes managing full-cycle recruitment for junior experienced hires across various business units and supporting strategic recruiting projects and market research as needed.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in campus or experienced hiring within the finance or technology industries, a strong interest in early-career recruitment in the APAC region, and fluency in both English and Mandarin. Experience in organizing campus events or early-career programs is also required.
