The Rate Coordinator will support the Director of Pricing and Rate Supervisor by managing rate inquiries, maintaining rate structures, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of client rates within the firm's financial systems, including SurePoint and Aderant. This role involves monitoring and responding to rate inquiries, setting up and updating standard rate arrangements, reviewing client engagement letters and guidelines to implement compliant rate structures, coordinating with the Revenue Team to resolve e-billing rate rejections, maintaining accurate timekeeper and rate data, and collaborating with attorneys and staff to address rate-related issues.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent training, with 1-3 years of experience in a legal billing environment. Proficiency in Aderant is preferred, along with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to high-quality client service and attention to detail are also important.

The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $85,000 USD annually.
