Quality Documentation Specialist
Xometry is seeking a Quality Documentation Specialist to join our administrative services team. This role involves supporting both internal and external clients by ensuring the highest levels of quality, accountability, and teamwork in all documentation processes. As a key player in our specialized department, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our digital marketplace that connects innovative ideas with manufacturing capabilities.
In this position, you will be responsible for accurately formatting, proofreading, finalizing, and distributing firm documents in adherence to established guidelines and quality control standards. Your duties will include confirming the completeness and accuracy of your work, as well as reviewing others' work to ensure zero defects, thereby minimizing errors and redundancies. Additionally, you will monitor, prioritize, and process workflow efficiently, updating metrics and other relevant departmental production information as needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in administrative support or customer service assistance. Strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail are essential. A commitment to quality, the ability to take initiative, and responsibility for completing work within a team environment are also crucial. Proficiency in Google Suite and Adobe is required.
