The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers across both Web3/crypto trade press and mainstream financial/tech outlets. They will develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns for major network milestones, partnership announcements, and ecosystem growth initiatives. Additionally, the role involves writing high-stakes press releases, executive op-eds, and thought-leadership pieces that position the founders as leading voices in the blockchain scalability space. Managing the project's reputation by drafting rapid-response messaging for technical upgrades or market-wide events and securing high-profile speaking engagements at major global industry events are also key responsibilities.
Candidates should have over 5 years of professional experience in Public Relations or Communications, with a proven network of media contacts within the tech and cryptocurrency sectors. Extensive experience drafting press releases and managing media inquiries for high-growth tech or blockchain projects is essential. A deep understanding of the Layer 1 landscape, scalability solutions, and broader Web3 market dynamics is required. The ability to work effectively with remote, global teams across various time zones is also important.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
