Project Finance Associate Attorney

Clifford Chance is seeking a Project Finance Associate Attorney to join its Houston office. This role involves working within the firm's Global Financial Markets Group, focusing on financing energy and infrastructure projects. The firm is renowned for its collaborative and inclusive culture, offering opportunities to work on complex, cross-border transactions.

The associate will be responsible for negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects. Key areas of focus include U.S. project financing, holdco financing, and U.S. tax equity financings of energy and energy transition projects. Experience with construction to back-leverage financing and other financing structures involving tax equity or tax credits is advantageous.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school and have substantial experience in project finance. Admission to the Texas Bar is required. Preferred class years are 2018 to 2022. Applicants should submit a resume and law school transcript(s).

Clifford Chance offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $260,000 to $435,000 annually, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
