Project Coordinator - Legal Operations
Continental is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Americas Legal Team, a division dedicated to providing comprehensive legal support across the region. The Project Coordinator will manage reporting, oversee key projects, optimize workflows, and drive operational excellence within the legal department. Responsibilities include handling time-sensitive requests, supporting day-to-day matters and special projects, acting as a liaison between the legal team and stakeholders, maintaining project tracking tools, organizing team events, managing vendor relationships, processing legal billing, developing knowledge management systems, and assisting with legal service requests and case reports.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least three years of experience in project coordination or legal operations support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. The role requires strong project management skills, adaptability to emerging technologies, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and meticulous attention to detail. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
