Program Manager, Operations
Xometry is seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager, Operations to join our fast-paced and innovative team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support our growth in advanced manufacturing. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
The Program Manager will lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery. This role involves collaborating with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring KPIs to track program success, creating detailed project plans, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring timelines are met. The Program Manager will also serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables, analyze data to inform decision-making, and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement. Championing lean principles and operational best practices across the organization is also a critical aspect of this role.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope. Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time is required.
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $103,000-$134,000 annually, plus an annual bonus, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
