Program Manager, Operations
Xometry is seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager, Operations to join our fast-paced and innovative team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support our growth in advanced manufacturing. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
In this role, you will lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery. Collaborating with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams, you will implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring KPIs to track program success, creating detailed project plans, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring timelines are met. You will also serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables, analyze data to inform decision-making, and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement. Championing lean principles and operational best practices across the organization is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope. Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time is also necessary.
Preferred qualifications include experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry, familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools. PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is a plus, as is proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $103,000-$134,000 annually, plus an annual bonus, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
