Xometry is seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager, Operations to join our fast-paced and innovative team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support our growth in advanced manufacturing. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery. The Program Manager will collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes. Additionally, they will develop and monitor KPIs to track program success, create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles. Advanced English proficiency is required. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope are essential. Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time is also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry, familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools. PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is a plus, as is proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $103,000-$134,000 annually, plus an annual bonus, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
