Program Clerk
Wilson Elser, a leading national defense litigation firm with over 1,400 attorneys across 46 offices, is seeking a Program Clerk to join their Orlando, Florida office. As a Program Clerk, you will be responsible for reviewing, obtaining, and updating information from internal and external systems, creating and opening new matters, maintaining and updating case lists, inputting data for reporting and tracking purposes, sending information to clients during the intake process, and responding promptly to emails and program-related requests. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ideal candidates should have at least two years of civil litigation experience in a law firm setting, with an associate degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred but not required. Proficiency in document management systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential, and familiarity with Smartsheet and iManage is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also important.
