Program Clerk
Wilson Elser, a leading national defense litigation firm with over 1,400 attorneys across 46 offices, is seeking a Program Clerk to join their Los Angeles office. In this role, the Program Clerk will be responsible for reviewing, obtaining, and updating information from internal and external systems, creating and opening new matters/files/folders, maintaining and updating case lists for the program, inputting data for reporting and tracking purposes, sending information to clients during the intake process, and responding timely to emails, questions, and program-related requests.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of civil litigation experience in a law firm, an associate degree and/or paralegal certificate, strong computer skills including document management systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and familiarity with Smartsheet and iManage. Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to take and implement direction, the ability to research and respond to internal and client inquiries, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
Wilson Elser offers a competitive salary and benefits package designed to support their attorneys both professionally and personally. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 USD. Benefits include a 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
