Product Operations Associate/Manager

Trade Republic is seeking a Product Operations Associate/Manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin, London, or Paris. As Europe's largest savings platform, we serve over 10 million customers across 18 countries, managing assets exceeding €150 billion. Our mission is to empower individuals to build wealth through easy, safe, and free access to financial systems.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing scalable solutions that support our rapid growth. Your responsibilities will include advising on and implementing process improvements, developing process automation to streamline cross-functional collaboration, and collaborating with teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service to deliver impactful outcomes. Additionally, you will drive strategic decisions by analyzing complex data and managing critical projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, or Computer Science from a top university and possesses 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or investment banking. Exceptional attention to detail, comfort with data-driven decision-making, and the ability to break down complex problems into clear action plans are essential. Experience in creating guidelines and standard operating procedures for business processes, defining infrastructure for process automation, and strong communication skills are also required. Fluency in English and a results-driven, user-first mindset are crucial.
