Product Manager II, Post Order Experience
Xometry is seeking a Product Manager II to enhance the post-order customer journey, ensuring buyers are informed and satisfied from order confirmation to delivery. This role is integral to Xometry's mission of connecting innovative ideas with manufacturers through its digital marketplace.
The Product Manager II will define and prioritize the roadmap for post-order touchpoints, including order tracking, status updates, and support workflows. Collaboration with engineering, design, and customer service teams is essential to streamline resolution paths and improve transparency. Additionally, the role involves working with supply chain and logistics teams to reduce turnaround times and ensure service level agreements are met.
Candidates should have 2-5 years of product management experience, preferably with B2B or transactional platforms. Experience with order management, fulfillment tracking, or support tooling is preferred. Strong customer empathy and familiarity with user-centered product development, agile methodologies, data tools, and experimentation frameworks are essential.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $102,000 to $130,000 annually, plus an annual bonus.
