Product Manager II, GTM Systems
The Product Manager II, GTM Systems at PitchBook Data is a pivotal role within the Revenue Operations team, focusing on enhancing the platforms, operations, and systems that support the company's go-to-market strategies. This position involves close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to deliver scalable and efficient processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to revenue recognition.
Key responsibilities include deeply understanding internal customer needs to drive operational efficiency, owning and prioritizing the roadmap for the Sales and Customer Success Platform team, and developing detailed functional specifications for tool, workflow, and data changes. The role also involves writing and maintaining clear product requirement documentation, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and tracking key performance indicators to measure the platform's impact.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in revenue operations, business process improvement, or a related area, and three years in product management. Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other sales tools is essential, as well as strong experience with product management tools like JIRA and Confluence. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data integration and management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are also required.
