Product Manager, CJKI
Canva is seeking a Product Manager to join the CJKI Group, focusing on hyperlocalization efforts in China, Japan, South Korea, and India. This role involves leading high-impact initiatives across Canva's core growth entry points and platform-level experiences, aligning global strategies with regional market dynamics to enhance user engagement.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end product strategy and execution for major initiatives, translating global product vision into market-appropriate solutions for CJKI, and defining and tracking key performance metrics. The role also requires a deep understanding of user behavior across acquisition, activation, retention, and sharing, making informed decisions under uncertainty, and balancing global consistency with regional differentiation.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of product management experience with high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, strong experience in growth, core experience, platform, or entry-point products, and a deep understanding of at least one CJKI market. Excellent communication skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and fluency in English are essential.
