Datavant is seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end Lead-to-Contract process, encompassing lead capture, qualification, opportunity management, quoting, contract negotiation, and execution. This role is integral to the Platform Product team, which collaborates with Core Technology teams to build technical foundations that accelerate business operations. The Product Manager will work closely with Enterprise Engineering, Master Data Management (MDM), Revenue Operations (RevOps), Finance, Legal, and Sales teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include mapping current Lead-to-Contract workflows to identify high-friction points, defining target-state workflows and data models within Salesforce, and shaping upstream decisions that impact downstream domains such as Order-to-Cash. The Product Manager will own the Lead-to-Contract backlog, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and ensure seamless integration of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) templates into Salesforce. Additionally, the role involves driving adoption through phased rollouts, training, and feedback loops, as well as managing domain governance and effective communication across teams.

The ideal candidate possesses 3-6 years of experience in product management, program management, or business systems within organizations with significant operational complexity. Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, whether as a solution architect, consultant, or business systems lead, is essential. The candidate should demonstrate strong systems thinking abilities, effective stakeholder management, and a change management mindset to drive adoption of business system changes. Excellent communication skills and a discovery-oriented approach to understanding user needs are also critical.

The estimated total cash compensation for this role ranges from $145,000 to $170,000 annually. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Datavant is committed to building a diverse team and fostering a high-performance culture where all employees can thrive.

Joining Datavant offers the opportunity to be part of a mission-driven company dedicated to making health data secure, accessible, and usable. Employees are encouraged to take ownership, operate with a "no job is too small" attitude, and contribute to transformative changes in healthcare through technology-forward solutions.
