Embedded ROI Processor

Datavant is seeking an Embedded ROI Processor to join our remote team. This role involves processing medical record requests, ensuring the secure and efficient exchange of health data. As part of our mission to make health data accessible and actionable, you will contribute to a high-performing, values-driven team dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes.

Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status updates. You will document information across multiple platforms, utilizing dual computer monitors, and process electronic medical records through various EMR systems. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations are essential aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with at least six months of data entry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume production environment are essential. Experience in a healthcare setting or with release of information processes is preferred.

The estimated hourly pay range for this role is $15 to $18.32, depending on experience and qualifications.
