Product Designer - Jus IA
Jusbrasil is seeking a Senior Product Designer to play a pivotal role in bridging the orchestration of Artificial Intelligence systems with user experience. This position involves designing end-to-end experiences that encompass not only the visual interface but also the underlying workflows, behaviors, and decision-making processes associated with AI interactions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Core Jus IA team, including Engineering, Product, and other leadership, to ensure a consistent, efficient, and technically aligned user experience.
Key responsibilities include designing comprehensive user journeys that integrate interaction, system behavior, and product decisions beyond the interface. The role involves orchestrating AI-driven experiences by determining optimal user-system interactions, managing response times, and coordinating multiple AI agents. The designer will focus on optimizing perceived performance by addressing issues like wait times and user anxiety, proposing solutions that balance speed and quality. Continuous experimentation through testing and prototyping is essential to validate experience hypotheses, particularly in critical workflows such as document processing and response generation. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and opportunities, ensuring seamless integration of design and system architecture.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in product or service design, particularly with complex journeys and systemic thinking. Practical experience in designing or working with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products is essential. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for solution development, prototyping, and workflow creation is required, extending beyond basic prompt usage. A problem-oriented mindset is crucial, with the ability to address open-ended and ambiguous challenges by connecting user experience with product logic. Comfort in collaborating with engineering teams, understanding concepts like performance, processing, and system orchestration, is necessary. The role demands autonomy and maturity to navigate a highly senior environment with minimal structure and high complexity.
Preferred qualifications include experience in designing for generative AI, particularly with products based on large language models, chat interfaces, or intelligent agents. A background in data or machine learning products is advantageous. Proficiency in service design, with the ability to structure and optimize service processes, is also desirable.
