Product Designer, Content
As a Product Designer specializing in content at Point Digital Finance, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how homeowners understand and engage with our Home Equity Investment (HEI) product. Your work will directly influence the clarity and effectiveness of our communications, ensuring that complex financial concepts are accessible and actionable for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for translating intricate financial and procedural information into clear, motivating language across various platforms, including emails, text messages, and in-product flows. You will conduct user research, analyze customer interactions, and apply insights to craft content that guides homeowners through their financial decisions with confidence. Additionally, you will collaborate with product designers, product managers, engineers, marketing, and sales teams to maintain consistency and effectiveness in our messaging.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional writing experience in content design, product design, UX writing, or a closely related field. A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency across multiple formats, such as product copy, emails, and marketing materials, is essential. Experience with AI tools for drafting and editing, as well as familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies, will be advantageous. Attention to detail, adaptability, and a user-centric approach are key attributes for success in this role.
