In this role, the Producer will execute a wide range of branded content, including verticals, TV commercials, and livestreams, ensuring alignment with the tone and voice of both MrBeast and brand partners. Responsibilities include mentoring team members such as junior producers, coordinators, and production assistants, preparing and managing detailed production budgets and timelines, and collaborating with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. The Producer will also engage in research, sourcing, and negotiation with vendors, building strong relationships, and securing flexible agreements.
Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in branded social content production, with a strong ability to communicate effectively, especially over the phone, and build genuine rapport. The role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to plan flexibly are essential, as is a strong aptitude for negotiation and problem-solving. The Producer should thrive under pressure and be willing to commit during demanding production windows.
