Principal Solutions Architect, APAC
As a Principal Solutions Architect at Talon.One, you will lead enterprise-level API integrations, focusing on delivering complex projects that span several months. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will act as a trusted advisor to ensure customer success. While you won't have direct reports, you'll mentor the Technical Account Management team, shaping technical and project management best practices.
Your key responsibilities include designing and implementing large-scale API integrations aligned with customer goals and platform capabilities, collaborating with implementation partners and system integrators to ensure best practices, overseeing project planning and resource allocation, and serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. Additionally, you'll analyze and improve the performance of deployed integrations and mentor team members to elevate their capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in technical or customer-facing roles with enterprise customers, expertise in API-based SaaS products and modern cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure, and a background in martech, CDP, customer engagement platforms, or e-commerce ecosystems. Strong communication skills, a data-driven approach to troubleshooting, and effective cross-functional collaboration are essential.
