Principal Product Manager, CX & Platform Integrity

The Principal Product Manager, CX & Platform Integrity, will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal tools that support and safeguard the company's members, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.
In this role, the Principal Product Manager will own the product roadmap and requirements for operations tooling, including agent, analyst, and investigator consoles, case management, moderation review queues, escalation routing, data access and deletion workflows, and reporting. They will be responsible for developing case management and enforcement tools for integrity investigators, such as one-click actions connected to the app backend, bulk actions across linked accounts, restricted states for ambiguous cases, and audit logs. Additionally, the role involves building identity and enforcement tooling to prevent fraud, bots, cheaters, and banned users from returning on alternate accounts, as well as managing the challenge and verification user experience for flagged members.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading large, ambiguous, cross-functional projects from concept to measurable impact. Experience in owning internal tools or platform products that operations teams rely on daily is essential. Hands-on product experience with identity, age assurance, or consent flows in consumer products is highly desirable, along with a working knowledge of children's privacy and safety regulations, such as COPPA. The candidate should also possess trust and safety or support tooling experience, including moderation workflows, case management, and enforcement systems.
Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary ranging from $235,000 to $300,000, along with equity and benefits.
