Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to join their Savannah, Georgia office. The firm is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals against large corporations and insurance companies. As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will play a crucial role in managing pre-litigation cases, primarily focusing on personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling all pre-litigation tasks, including drafting and filing documents, guiding clients through the case process, and overseeing settlement negotiations. You will manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators and maintaining high standards of client service. Your duties will also involve conducting examinations under oath (EUOs), taking recorded statements, and managing the release approval process.

To qualify, candidates must have a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association. A minimum of two years of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong leadership, excellent client service, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. A desire to become part of a trial team is also important.
