Praktikum Talent Acquisition (m/w/d)
AlphaSights, a global leader in knowledge on-demand, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern (m/w/d) to join our Hamburg office for a six-month internship starting ideally in mid-May 2026. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment, contributing directly to the growth and success of our team.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our team in identifying and recruiting top talent for our rapidly expanding Client Service Team, focusing primarily on students and recent graduates. Your responsibilities will include managing communication with applicants, developing talent pools, sourcing qualified candidates using modern techniques and platforms, conducting initial interviews, enhancing our employer brand both online and offline, and assisting with campus events.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources or Marketing, or is in a gap year or at the end of their studies. Prior practical experience through internships, student jobs, or part-time work is desirable. A strong interest in diverse recruiting activities and university marketing, familiarity with current social media trends, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a structured, independent working style with team spirit and flexibility are essential.
We offer a workplace in the heart of Hamburg with a direct view of the Elbphilharmonie, a monthly gross salary of €2,500, and at least 28 vacation days per year. Upon successful performance and team fit, there is the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position within our Talent Acquisition Team in Hamburg. Our rapidly growing office, with approximately 60 employees, fosters a collaborative environment where everyone knows each other and values teamwork. The work schedule includes Monday to Thursday in the office and Fridays as a home office day.
