Placement Associate, Co-op Program, Client Service (2026 Start)

AlphaSights is seeking a Placement Associate for its Co-op Program in Client Service, starting in 2026. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with clients and experts, facilitating knowledge exchange that drives informed decision-making. As part of a dynamic team, the Placement Associate will gain firsthand experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The Placement Associate will be responsible for recruiting experts by identifying and engaging with individuals who possess the specific knowledge required for client projects. This involves conducting thorough research, initiating contact, and managing communications to ensure timely and relevant expert connections. Additionally, the role requires a deep understanding of project contexts, market dynamics, and the regulatory environments pertinent to clients and experts. The associate will also oversee the coordination of client-expert interactions, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication throughout the engagement process.

Candidates should be in their second, penultimate, or final year of full-time study in Hong Kong, with a strong academic record (minimum GPA of 3.3). Active participation in extracurricular activities during school and university is highly regarded. While prior internship experience demonstrating an interest in business is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Exceptional communication skills are essential, and fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional Asian languages, such as Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, Korean, Japanese, Filipino, or Mandarin, is desirable.

The program offers a duration of 6 to 12 months, providing comprehensive exposure to client service operations. Participants will benefit from complimentary breakfast and snacks, as well as the provision of an iPhone and MacBook Pro for work purposes.
