Photo Retoucher
ALO is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Retoucher to join our Creative Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for color, texture, and detail, who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining the visual quality and consistency of our digital assets across e-commerce and marketing channels.
Key responsibilities include executing daily image retouching requests across a range of projects, performing expert-level color correction of clothing and product imagery, and ensuring consistency of tone, lighting, and brand aesthetics across all e-commerce and digital marketing assets. You'll collaborate with photographers, designers, and art directors to meet creative and technical standards, maintain organized file structures, and adhere to workflow protocols for digital asset delivery. Additionally, you'll proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes and visual standards.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional photo retouching experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce, and advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. A strong understanding of image composition, color theory, and lighting is essential, along with exceptional attention to detail and consistency. The ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial. Experience or interest in 3D modeling/rendering tools, familiarity with AI-powered image generation tools and techniques, and working knowledge of Capture One, Lightroom, or other image editing software are also desirable.
The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year, which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
