Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to join their Providence, Rhode Island office. The firm is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals against large corporations and insurance companies. This role offers an opportunity to gain significant experience in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability, at the pre-litigation stage.

As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will be responsible for managing all pre-litigation work, guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, overseeing settlement negotiations, and managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers. You will also be involved in the Flip-to-Lit approval process, handling liability issues, and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Rhode Island State Bar Association; a Massachusetts bar license is also preferred. Strong leadership skills, excellent client service and communication abilities, and the capacity to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases are essential. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are also required.
