Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

In this role, the Pre-Suit Attorney will handle all pre-litigation work, including drafting and filing documents, guiding clients through the case process, and overseeing settlement negotiations. The attorney will manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers, focusing primarily on personal injury cases, particularly automotive incidents. Additional responsibilities include conducting EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.

Candidates must possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar Association. A minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong client service, communication, and leadership skills are essential, as well as superior writing and oral advocacy abilities.
