Personal Injury Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm founded in 1988, is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the legal process.

In this role, you will interact daily with existing and potential clients, both over the phone and in person. Your responsibilities will include ordering medical records, obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability positions, and communicating with insurance carriers and healthcare providers. You will also prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carriers under the direct supervision of an attorney.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Excellent writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail, are also required.
