People Business Partner, Director (GTM)
Gong is seeking a People Business Partner, Director (GTM) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in aligning our human resources strategies with the objectives of our North America Sales Business, encompassing all segments, Customer Success, and Sales Development organizations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior business leaders to drive business success through our most valuable asset—our people.
In this position, you will develop and implement talent strategies that attract, retain, engage, and develop our workforce while minimizing organizational risk. Key responsibilities include advising on organizational design, providing executive coaching to senior leadership teams, and partnering with Sales Enablement and Learning & Development to ensure world-class training and development programs. Additionally, you will build compelling narratives using analytics and insights to influence senior leaders and create comprehensive solutions for the business and employee experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with a strong background in supporting sales organizations and strategic partnerships with executive leadership within Sales and Sales Operations functions. Excellent influencing skills at all organizational levels, the ability to make timely and effective decisions, and deep business acumen are essential. A solid understanding of HR programs, including compensation, performance management, organizational structure, and leadership development, is also required.
