Partnerships & Operations Analyst

The Partnerships & Operations Analyst at Wellhub will be integral to the New Ventures team in São Paulo, focusing on managing a key portfolio of potential clients. This role involves executing and supporting the operational management of digital channels, including content updates, partner link governance, and configuration management across platforms. The analyst will also build and maintain weekly performance dashboards, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights. Additionally, the role supports commercial negotiations by preparing partner briefings, conducting competitive price analyses, and managing day-to-day communications with external brand partners in Brazil and the United States. Collaboration with internal teams such as Legal, Engineering, and Marketing is essential to monitor task dependencies and address potential obstacles. The analyst will also utilize AI tools for task automation, reporting, and documentation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in operations.
