Day-to-day work involves market mapping, prospecting key organizations, negotiating terms, building partner onboarding processes, and collaborating closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and legal to deliver on partnership goals. The role also includes reporting partnership outcomes and optimizing strategies based on data and market feedback.
Applicants should have a proven track record of establishing large-scale partnerships, preferably within the tech, SaaS, or digital sectors. Solid experience in business development, account management, or a related field, along with a deep understanding of the Turkish technology and business landscape, is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is fluency in both Turkish and English. Leadership qualities and project management skills will also be valued.
