The Partnership Sales Executive at Wellhub will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence in the Benelux region, focusing on building partnerships with wellness providers across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. This position is integral to Wellhub's mission of connecting employees worldwide to top-tier fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep partners through a unified subscription platform. The role is based in Amsterdam and requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging decision-makers at gyms, boutiques, and wellness studios within the target regions. The executive will lead outbound activities such as cold calling, video meetings, and social selling to grow the partner network. They will also drive the strategic positioning of Wellhub, clearly communicating the company's value proposition to potential partners, and negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to onboard high-quality wellness providers. Additionally, the role involves managing the onboarding process for new partners and providing market feedback to shape the supply strategy.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or the fitness industry, with a preference for those who have worked in startups or new market environments. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and proficiency in French is considered a strong plus. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments. They should be motivated by targets, possess high energy for outbound activities, and be familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce. A passion for networking and building meaningful professional relationships is essential.
