Partners Retention Specialist
The Partners Retention Specialist at Wellhub is a key member of the Partner Experience team, focusing on enhancing partner retention and overall satisfaction. In this role, the specialist manages inbound cases related to partner retention and standard negotiations for eligible partners. Responsibilities include driving transactional negotiations such as plan changes, price reviews, and retention efforts, ensuring strict adherence to commercial policies, and seeking opportunities to cross-sell value-generating services. The specialist also aims to improve partner experience by providing dedicated, end-to-end management of contract-related requests and enhancing process efficiency through the use of technology.
Candidates should have expertise in customer service or partner support, with experience in standard negotiation or sales being highly desirable. A process-oriented mindset is essential, along with the ability to execute standardized commercial processes. Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory, with additional languages such as Italian or German considered a plus. Strong collaboration skills and a results-oriented approach are also important for success in this role.
