Partner Support Specialist
The Partner Support Specialist at Xometry plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional service experience for our global partners and suppliers. As part of the Partner Support team, this position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, facilitating their onboarding process, and providing ongoing support to enhance their engagement with Xometry's digital marketplace. Xometry is a leading AI-enabled marketplace for on-demand manufacturing, connecting innovators with manufacturers to bring ideas to life.
Key responsibilities include establishing trusted advisor relationships during partner onboarding, managing a portfolio of partner accounts throughout their lifecycle, and leading virtual and in-person communications. The specialist will develop an understanding of partner objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing targeted coaching when KPIs are not met. Additionally, the role involves sharing best practices, interpreting partner insights to drive product changes, responding to service escalations, creating standard operating procedures, and acting as a liaison between internal teams to ensure partner needs are met.
The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with superior written and verbal communication skills that convey empathy, urgency, and ownership. Exceptional service skills, the ability to adapt to evolving procedures, excellent project and time management abilities, and experience in analyzing data and trends are essential. Preferred qualifications include a background in supply chain management, experience with ERP systems, basic scripting skills such as SQL, familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Amplitude, and collaboration software such as Airtable.
