Partner Success Executive (LT)
The Partner Success Executive (LT) at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the Partnerships team, focusing on managing and nurturing relationships with fitness and wellness partners in France. As Wellhub expands into the French market, this position offers the unique opportunity to build a sustainable partner network from the ground up, contributing directly to the company's long-term success in the region.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term relationships with French fitness partners, ensuring strong engagement within the Wellhub ecosystem with a focus on retention. The role involves managing onboarding and ongoing support via Zendesk, acting as the main point of contact for partners using the platform for the first time. Additionally, the executive will proactively review and renegotiate commercial and non-commercial conditions with partners, coordinate with internal teams to resolve local issues, and implement strategies to improve partner retention.
The ideal candidate has over one year of experience in user-facing or partner-facing roles such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Support. Fluency in French at a native level and proficiency in English are required. The candidate should be comfortable managing a high volume of calls and video interactions, adept at handling challenging conversations around contract terms, and proactive in a fast-moving environment. Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Excel is a plus.
