Partner Strategy Director
The Partner Strategy Director at Wellhub plays a pivotal role within the Partner Data team, focusing on transforming partner and market data into impactful initiatives for the Global Partnerships organization. This position is based in São Paulo and involves defining strategic directions by identifying high-growth verticals and crafting narratives that highlight Wellhub's value to leading fitness and wellness brands.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive market frameworks to guide the Global Partnerships strategy, identifying emerging trends in the wellness and corporate health sectors, and acting as an internal consultant to regional partnership teams. The role also entails leading the Wellhub Category Strategy by determining which verticals and geographic markets require expansion or optimization, designing high-stakes presentations for C-suite partners, and managing external research projects with third-party consulting firms.
Candidates should have relevant experience in management consulting, strategic finance, or revenue operations within a high-growth SaaS or marketplace environment. Fluency in English is required, along with a proven track record in category management and the ability to synthesize complex data into cohesive strategies. Experience presenting to VP and C-level stakeholders, a design-thinking approach to data presentation, and a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field are also necessary. An MBA is considered a significant plus.
