The Partner Sales Senior Manager (Wishlist) at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the Partnerships team, focusing on the strategic acquisition and management of top-tier fitness and wellness partners across the Benelux region. As Wellhub expands into this new market, the individual will play a crucial role in establishing the company's presence and ensuring the successful launch of its services.
Key responsibilities include identifying and securing partnerships with leading gym chains and boutique studios in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The role involves leading complex commercial negotiations, coordinating with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, and Value Management, and managing a strategic sales pipeline to meet network density targets. Additionally, the manager will work closely with partners on integration topics to ensure a seamless user experience and oversee the entire partner relationship from initial contact to long-term collaboration.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of experience in high-level B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record in complex negotiations. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with French being a strong plus. The role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with C-level stakeholders across different markets. Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and Excel is also essential.
