In this full-cycle sales role, the Partner Sales Representative is responsible for executing high-volume outbound outreach, including making over 50 cold calls daily, and engaging potential partners through targeted emails and social media. The role involves researching and identifying key decision-makers, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing partnership agreements, and conducting persuasive presentations to articulate the value of joining the Wellhub network. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and consistently achieving sales quotas are also key aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities.

The ideal candidate possesses 1-2 years of experience in roles involving outbound customer contact, such as cold calling, telemarketing, or retail sales, with a strong emphasis on customer interaction and meeting sales goals. Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks and maintain an organized sales pipeline. A tenacious attitude, eagerness to learn, and proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce are also important qualifications.

Wellhub offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $24.20 to $26.20 per hour, plus sales incentives.
