Legal Counsel (English and French speaker)

Wellhub is seeking a Legal Counsel proficient in English and French to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the flexibility to be based in Italy, Spain, or the UK, aligning with our commitment to a flexible work environment. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our B2B sales operations across multiple European countries.

In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contractual agreements with our partners. You will provide timely legal advice on contract terms, including commercial matters, data protection, and intellectual property. Additionally, you will oversee contract review processes, develop legal playbooks, and conduct training sessions to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.

The ideal candidate holds a Law Degree from a European country and possesses over six years of experience in law firms or in-house legal roles within multinational companies. Expertise in contract law, risk assessment, data protection, and legal negotiations is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are also required. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
