Legal Counsel (English and French speaker)
The Legal Counsel position at Wellhub is integral to the company's mission of revolutionizing workplace wellness. Key responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contractual agreements with the company's partners, ensuring compliance with legal and business standards. The role involves responding to internal and external inquiries, advising on contract terms and conditions related to commercial matters, data protection, and intellectual property. Additionally, the Legal Counsel will oversee contract review processes, develop legal playbooks, conduct training sessions for internal teams, and anticipate potential legal risks to mitigate disputes.
Candidates must possess a Law Degree obtained in any European country and have over six years of experience in law firms or in-house legal roles within multinational companies. Expertise in contract law, risk assessment, data protection, and legal negotiations is essential. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in working with AI and Contract Lifecycle Management tools, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple time-sensitive projects are also required.
