Partner Sales Executive (LT)
The Partner Sales Executive (LT) at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the Partnerships team, focusing on expanding the company's presence in France. As one of the initial team members in this new market, the executive will be instrumental in establishing partnerships with wellness providers, thereby enhancing Wellhub's network and supporting its mission to revolutionize workplace wellness. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's growth and success in the region.
Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging decision-makers at gyms, boutiques, and wellness studios across France. The executive will lead outbound activities such as cold calling, video meetings, and social selling to expand the partner network. They will also drive the strategic positioning of Wellhub with local partners, negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration into the platform. Additionally, the role involves providing market feedback to shape the supply strategy and consistently meeting targets for new partner acquisitions.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or the fitness industry, with a preference for those who have worked in startups or new market environments. Fluency in French at a native level and proficiency in English are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and comfortable in fast-paced settings, with a strong motivation to achieve targets and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce. A passion for networking and building professional relationships, along with a collaborative team spirit, is highly valued.
