Partner Manager, Tooling
Xometry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Manager, Tooling to lead our Partner Network initiatives. This role focuses on cultivating and managing a high-performing network of partners, enhancing their capabilities, and ensuring alignment with our operational goals to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
Key responsibilities include optimizing partner performance by analyzing data to enforce Xometry Manufacturing Standards, identifying performance and training gaps within the portfolio, and developing strategies to improve partner outcomes. The role also involves creating and implementing partner certification programs, managing the Partner Outsourcing Group program, developing tailored training and coaching programs, handling operational escalations, leading initiatives to reduce partner churn, serving as the ITAR conversion leader, conducting on-site assessments, maintaining comprehensive training records, and collaborating with marketing teams to drive partner acquisition strategies. The position requires 20-25% travel.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with over 8 years of experience as a leader in supply chain or manufacturing. Experience with manufacturing, machining, and familiarity with the manufacturing environment is highly desirable. The candidate should have a proven ability to analyze data and implement strategic improvements, a track record of identifying knowledge gaps and delivering training and mentorship, top-class analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills, experience in developing and delivering training programs, and fluency with essential business applications.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $108,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
