Partner Manager, Tooling
Xometry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Manager to lead our Partner Network initiatives within the tooling sector. This role focuses on cultivating and managing a high-performing network of partners, enhancing their capabilities, and ensuring alignment with our operational goals to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
Key responsibilities include optimizing partner performance by analyzing data to enforce Xometry Manufacturing Standards, identifying performance and training gaps, and developing strategies to improve partner outcomes. The role also involves creating and implementing partner certification programs, managing the Partner Outsourcing Group program, developing tailored training and coaching programs, handling operational escalations, leading initiatives to reduce partner churn, serving as the ITAR conversion leader, conducting on-site assessments, maintaining comprehensive training records, and collaborating with marketing teams to drive partner acquisition strategies. The position requires 20-25% travel.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with over 8 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing leadership roles. Experience with manufacturing, machining, and familiarity with the manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to implement strategic improvements balancing customer and supplier needs, and a proven track record in identifying knowledge gaps and delivering training and mentorship. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with experience in developing and delivering training programs, are essential. Proficiency with presentation, document, project management, and other essential business applications is required.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
