Partner Manager, Additive
Xometry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Network Manager to lead our Partner Network initiatives. This role focuses on cultivating and managing a high-performing network of partners within the additive manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will enhance partner capabilities, drive performance, and ensure alignment with our operational goals to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
Key responsibilities include optimizing partner performance by analyzing data and enforcing Xometry Manufacturing Standards. The Partner Network Manager will identify performance and training gaps within the partner portfolio and develop strategies for improvement. Additionally, the role involves creating and implementing partner certification programs to establish quality benchmarks, managing the Partner Outsourcing Group program, and developing tailored training and coaching programs to elevate partner capabilities. The manager will also handle operational escalations, lead initiatives to reduce partner churn, and conduct on-site assessments to promote best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and have over eight years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing leadership roles. Experience with manufacturing processes and environments, especially in transaction support for manufacturers, is highly desirable. Strong data analysis skills, the ability to implement strategic improvements, and a proven track record in developing and delivering training programs are essential. Excellent analytical and presentation skills, along with proficiency in business applications including project management tools, are also required.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
