Partner Engagement Manager, Manufacturing

Xometry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Engagement Manager to lead our Partner Network initiatives. This role focuses on cultivating and managing a high-performing network of manufacturing partners, enhancing their capabilities, and ensuring alignment with our operational goals to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

Key responsibilities include optimizing partner performance by analyzing data and enforcing Xometry Manufacturing Standards, identifying performance and training gaps within the partner portfolio, and developing strategies to improve outcomes. The role also involves creating and implementing partner certification programs to establish quality benchmarks, managing the Partner Outsourcing Group program, and developing tailored training and coaching programs to elevate partner capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with over 8 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing leadership. Strong analytical skills, proven ability to implement strategic improvements, and experience in developing and delivering training programs are essential. Familiarity with manufacturing environments and excellent communication and presentation skills are also required.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
